WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

You can expect your full gallery to be delivered via email within 2–3 weeks of your session date. Each image is carefully edited to reflect CSP’s light, timeless style. 

WHAT IF THE WEATHER ISN’T IDEAL FOR OUR OUTDOOR SESSION?

I keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your session. In the event of inclement or unsafe weather — such as extreme cold, heavy rain, snow, or high winds — I’ll reach out to discuss next steps. We can either reschedule for the next available date or pivot to a studio session, ensuring your experience remains relaxed and enjoyable.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?

I totally understand that life happens! Your $100 non-refundable deposit will remain on your account and can be applied toward a rescheduled CSP session within 90 days of your original session date.

For newborn sessions, flexibility is built in. I schedule these sessions within two weeks of your due date, but if your little one arrives early or late — or if you simply need a few extra days to settle in — we can absolutely adjust your date. Since I limit the number of newborn sessions I take each week, I’m able to offer additional flexibility for rescheduling these sessions as needed.

WHAT DOES MY ONLINE ALBUM INCLUDE?

All online galleries include high-resolution, professionally edited images with personal printing rights, allowing you flexibility in how you enjoy your photos. Your gallery also includes access to my curated online print shop, where you can order professional-quality prints and albums designed to preserve your images exactly as intended.

Ordering through your gallery ensures consistent color, quality, and craftsmanship — making it the easiest way to turn your images into heirloom pieces for your home.

Can we shoot in studio? 

Absolutely! Studio sessions are a great option if you’re looking for a cozy, controlled environment — perfect for newborns, milestones, or a clean, classic look. Studio access is included in your session and designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and real-life friendly.

The studio is located in Mint Hill, NC, right off of 485 and is no additional cost to you! 

Maternity sessions are best booked during your second trimester. Newborn sessions should be reserved before baby arrives, with the session scheduled once baby is born.

How far in advance should we book?

All CSP sessions are relaxed, comfortable, and fun. I’ll gently guide you throughout our time together — starting with a few simple, posed moments and then moving into more natural, candid interactions as the session flows.

For families with little ones, we follow their lead. Breaks, wiggles, snacks, and movement are always welcome. There’s no pressure for perfection — my goal is to create a calm environment where genuine connection shines and everyone feels at ease in front of the camera.

What should we expect during our session?

What if my child doesn't cooperate? 

This is completely normal — and expected! My sessions are child-led and flexible, allowing space for breaks, movement, and personality. Some of the most meaningful images come from the in-between moments, and I’ll guide things in a way that feels natural and stress-free.

Can extended Family Members Join Our Session?  

Petite and Signature Sessions are designed for immediate family only. If you’d like to include more than two families or multiple generations, an Extended Family Collection is required to ensure enough time, organization, and a relaxed experience for everyone involved.
